So.. in the most recent issue of MT, there is an add for a truck suspension. This company claims that the F150 will stop from 60 mph in 105 feet.. stock!! With the new suspension? 91 feet!! Are you kidding me?!? how can they just blatantly lie??? MT stopped the effy in 150 feet, the shortest distance I could find of anyone was 146 feet, and magz all use computers for that test, so it's very accurate.
or maybe they're full of shit with their claims... the Viper is one of the quickest stopping cars today and it does it in just under 100 feet. i'm definitely going to be writing MT for allowing that to be published, and I'll also be writing the suspension company about that nonsense.
i got my dad's effy to stop from 30 today in about 55 feet on average. it was hard to measure, but we got it as close as possible.. so it wasn't a 30-0 typo.
You're right,.. they're just fall of shit and no how to false advertise like it's there job. There is false advertisement everywhere, but when it's done it's because they have awesome attorneys who find loopholes so that it's legal.
