When I click on the "Upload Multiple Files" link a blank window appears. What am I doing wrong?

After I upload an image to my gallery, nothing happens. What's the deal?
You may need to clear the cache for your browser. Or your images could have the wrong meta tag info, meaning the extension (ie. .jpg, .gif, etc) was changed and now is not properly working for our uploader. If you have an image editing program you can open and save as, this will fix those issues.
