Chevrolet Presents Kid Rock With Special Camaro SS��TheGMSource - Kid Rock celebrated his 40th birthday last night in his own backyard of Detroit, Michigan. Rock, real name Robert James Ritchie was born in Romeo in 1971 and turns 40 on Monday. The birthday celebration was announced in November and saw some 60,000 of Kids "closest" friends help sell-out the concert in just 19 minutes. Special guests were plenty as were the surprises. Kid was accompanied by his "best friend" Uncle Kracker as well as Peter Wolf, country superstar Martina McBride, Rev Run of RUN DMC as well as Sheryl Crow. Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night is what Chevrolet presented the Kid with. A special, decked out 2011 Camaro SS.
